If for any reason you may be dissatisfied with your purchase, we will readily offer a refund on products that are returned to us within 20 days of your receipt, on the condition that they are returned in their original packaging, in an unused and unopened state.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
Returning Your Order
Please follow the steps below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser's payment card, excluding any shipping costs.

We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned within 20 days of purchase.
Refunds may only be requested by the person who originally placed the order and will be processed via the original payment method.Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
