Propolis

What is it?

Commonly referred to as “bee glue” it is a material gathered by honeybees from flowers, plants and trees.

An ancient remedy to promote healing, with its antiviral and antibacterial characteristics, it is now being adopted as a key ingredient in leading skincare lines.

How does it work?

Propolis can help to both prevent and treat blemishes and acne breakouts. Full of flavonoids (natural antioxidants), it has powerful antibacterial properties that actively fight-off any of the bacteria or dirt that may cause acne.

It contains all of our essential vitamins (other than Vitamin K) which heal and regenerate the skin, making it smoother and plumper.

Because of its vitamin and antioxidant rich content, Propolis also helps to fight free radicals and prevent them from damaging our skins cells.

Use on your skin after cleansing and toning, gently pat a few drops onto your face and let it soak up all that goodness.
